MASI Bylaws
Access the bylaws of the Mediation Association of Southern Illinois.

Interested in joining MASI?
New members are always welcome in MASI.

Membership requirements, as set out in the Bylaws are:

  • Hold a Law Degree, Masters Degree, or other advanced degree in a human service area
  • Mediation training
  • Willingness to mediate court-referred cases
  • Willingness to maintain mediation skills
  • Payment of annual dues of $20.00

Benefits of Membership:

  • Meetings with other mediators 4 times a year
  • Continuing education programs at little or no cost
  • Your name, address, etc. on this web site

Associate membership opportunities are available for those still completing their degree programs.
